Heating Instructions

Not recommended for stovetop heating.

Defrosted

360g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

720g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out.
Total cooking time: 35-40 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
